A global logistics provider required back office process and contact centre solution to ensure drivers and delivery centres were updated in reasonable time frames.

TBS Global was faced with a primary challenge of combining the back office services with contact centre services. These functions were combined to ensure process efficiency and keep the cost of operations at a minimal for our client.


THE SOLUTION

TBS Global assigned and hired experts in logistic solutions with excellent communication skills. By doing so, we were able to match the need for back office data management accuracy with strong communication skills needed to ensure the success of this project. All staff members receive extensive training in the industry. TBS Global also developed a sophisticated data extraction tools which matched date from CN to specific files on the clients data base.


THE RESULTS
TBS Global was able to deploy services rapidly across 8 of the major clients within 2 weeks. Reducing the process time by 34% (prior to introduction of the data extraction tool)  and reducing operational cost by 18% while creating a scalable solution to meet the growing demands of the client.

The Client is leading US financier providing insurance, loans, and factoring required highly skilled resources to provide administration and accounting function to support its fast growing client base. 


THE CHALLENGE

TBS Global leveraged its presence in the Philippines and South Africa to select candidates who were both experienced and highly skilled. The dual presence gave the client greater service coverage as well as a natural business continuity option.

THE SOLUTION

TBS Global created and connected the service offices in Philippines, South Africa and linked with the client office in the US. This enabled ease of  communication and document validation between the offices. The team synergy grew, and productivity and SLA improved as the service coverage increased by 6 hours.


THE RESULTSTBS Global assisted in the client's growth by 18% in its initial quarter while reducing operational cost on in-house by over 48%. The client also experienced a speedy service turn around on loan and insurance process, which established them as a preferred partner within their group.
